We are aware that some orders from before Christmas have yet to be delivered.
We have spoken withRoyal Mail and they have confirmed that some orders have sadly not moved from their depot for a long time. They have advised that they are still getting through the backlog of parcels from the strike days. They hope to have these cleared by the end of the week commencing January 9th.
We therefore ask you to please allow until this time before contacting us. We completely understand your frustration and disappointment with the wait. We are deeply disappointed to have caused an inconvenience to our customers and are looking into new options so that we don't experience these issues ever again.
